About
I work at the intersection of technology, leadership, and responsibility.
For nearly three decades, I’ve helped build and guide technology initiatives that touch real people, real communities, and real systems — often in environments where the consequences of decisions are not theoretical.
This space exists because building has become loud, fast, and performative — while responsibility has remained quiet.
I believe the most important work in technology and leadership happens before the roadmap is finalized, before the product scales, and before harm becomes visible. It happens in how leaders reason, what tradeoffs they accept, and what they refuse to normalize.
Here, I write reflective essays and notes for leaders, builders, and decision-makers who sense that speed without stewardship is no longer enough — and who want language, frameworks, and perspective to build with greater care.
This is not a platform for trends, growth hacks, or opinion cycles.
It is a place for considered thought, ethical clarity, and long-term thinking — especially in healthcare, community systems, and emerging technologies.
